We bring on experienced SDRs as 1099 contractors to run outbound for founder-led B2B SaaS companies. You’ll work remotely, on client accounts, alongside operators who built the same motion at HireVue, Lucid and Workstream.
What the work looks like
- Cold calling. Dialing into a client’s ideal buyers and booking qualified meetings.
- Multi-channel outreach. Email and LinkedIn sequences that run alongside the calls.
- List building. Finding and qualifying the right accounts and contacts before the first dial.
- Feedback loops. Reporting what you hear on calls so messaging gets sharper every week.
Who we’re looking for
- You’ve done outbound before, ideally selling B2B SaaS.
- You’re comfortable on the phone and don’t need a script to hold a conversation.
- You manage your own time and hit the numbers you commit to.
- You want to learn from operators who have built outbound teams, not just run a dialer.
How it works
This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not a W-2 position. You work remotely, invoice StudioGTM for your time, and handle your own taxes and equipment. We’ll talk through scope, hours and pay on a first call.
